During the experimental durations various signals are to be sampled and acquired at various speeds ranging from 5 Sps to 100 MSps. This generates a huge amount of data throughput for the data acquisition systems of these facilities. It creates challenges for the data management system. To reduce the generation of such huge amount of data, event based diagnostic system is required.The Aim of the paper is to give the exploration about Red Pitaya – Open source hardware which can be used to fulfill the requirement of external event triggered based data acquisition. |
