Communication in international settings has been always very complex but important. Due to lack of communication the international business must be affected. The employee employed in the home country may not aware about region language of host country, if the speaking language is not the same. Generally the problem arrives when there is difference in the language of home country and host country. The negotiation developments should take more in period of time while individuals begin buildings relationships of trust and familiarity. The proper and effective communication is essential for growth of business. The language is most important and proper tool for communication. In order to discuss the complexity of the language and its importance, this paper review provides the solution of language harmonisation in international business. |
