Abstract |
|
all industries are normally suffered from low productivity, high delivering time and lack of proper material handling system. Delivering time is top prior which depends on production rate. Further production rate depend upon plant layout and takt time. This work improves the takt time by providing expertise training to each worker working on assembly line. Idle time of each machine and workers are reduced by optimizing plant layout. Hence takt time is reduced to some extent. |
