This paper presents the methodology for failure analysis of car front suspension lower arm to study the fatigtue life and to select the suitable materials for the front suspension lower arm.The main objectives of this study to determine critical locations and strain distributions of the component.The paper aims to complete Finite Element Analysis of the front suspension lower arm which consist the stress optimization loadings and analysis for deformation .In this project we first done CAD modeling using PRO-E.In first stage of analysis area of maximum stress was identified. |
