Abstract |

Person’s identification is important in daily life. So, biometric systems are used for identification. There are different types of biometric system like face, fingerprint, speech, signature, palm-print, iris etc which have different feature points. These feature points are used for person’s identification. This paper presents different feature extraction techniques to extract these feature points and feature reduction techniques to remove the irrelevant feature points with objective of provides better recognition performances. |
