The research work was conducted with the objective to find the various channels of e-banking in India available as on date and the banking channels and services that can be offered in future on smart devices. This paper is pursued by collecting information through a literature review of the websites, brochures, products and services of related banks and by observation method, examining the banking services offered by various banks. The study suggests the various channels of e-banking available in India currently and also suggests certain Banking Channels and Services that can be offered in future on smart devices. |
