Abstract |
|
Recently, still there is image and video systems are of limited use in poor visibility conditions such as in rain, fog, smoke, and dessert. So there is need to enhance such images which may be used for further study or as a input for any application. There are so many techniques for such an image enhancement. Image enhancement techniques can be divided into two broad categories: Spatial domain methods, which operate directly on pixels. Frequency domain methods, which operate on the Fourier transform of an image. The main aim of this paper is to study various methods for image enhancement. |
