Abstract |

As intelligent RFID technology continues to develop, in conjunction with intelligent sensor technologies, RFID has been becoming the core technology in different fields such as Internet of things (IoT), real-time systems, medical monitoring, Animal tracking, inventory management. In such applications, there is requirement to localize RFID tags attached to devices or objects. There are several localization techniques such as distance estimation, scene analysis and proximity. This paper presents a overview of different localization techniques for wireless networks and attempts to classify different techniques and systems. |
