Abstract |

At present each organization depends on the computer severe industries such as manufacturing, trading, retail or financial industry. These industries are all over the world accelerating their business models which will be operated in real time and in which the information sharing and other transactions are instantaneous. These organizations are planned for long period of time to managing the IT infrastructure meant by the network and its associated software and hardware. In this competitive world the business has to make changes to gain the profits and effectively respond to the needs of the business, in timely manner, IT operations need to be associated with the business and demonstrate operational quickness. To operate IT services in easy way various service delivery models are required. In this paper we are focusing on various IT infrastructure management service models and their advantages and disadvantage. |
