Abstract

Taking into consideration the requirement of efficient and small cooling system in military and aerospace sector to reduce the heat generated to greater extend we need to discuss about pump which is the main component of cooling system. In this project light will be shed on TESLA PUMP which was patented by Nikola Tesla in 1909 but yet it is not used in military and aerospace sector. It uses stack of disks to propel fluid which leads to less cavitation and low power consumption as compare to other pumps of same size.
