Living in Mumbai and not travelling by local train is just impossible. Most people’s day start with train. Travelling in train is much easier and cheaper so almost all types of people use railway. Even students travel by train, who have their college or school at a far place. The Western Railway provides concession in monthly and quarterly pass for the students of schools and colleges, but should have age below 25. Many educational Institutes such as colleges and schools provide the students with concession form, issued by the Western Railway, Mumbai, to take benefit of the concession facility. The involved institutional authority has to perform complicated task of manually filling in the forms and even the verification of the student details is done manually, which is very tiring. Thus, there was an emerging need for automation of this manual system. Automated Railway Concession Form System is an application that can make this manual work automated. It can also provide the institute and the Railway with verified and perfect details of each student. Its main goal is to reduce the error caused by the manual process and make the process quick and easier.
