Abstract

The project involves the analysis and design of sub structure of steel and aluminium roof truss such as column, column base and baring plate with their comparison. The proposed structure is a 10 m height with different spans. The design involves the load calculations, member selections. This paper contains complete overview of use of aluminium in building construction. How it is beneficial in modern age of building construction.
