Abstract

Rotary type ultrasonic machining processes is advancement of ultrasonic machining process in which rotational motion is provided to tool along with ultrasonic vibration and tool feed. Rotating tool is fed into workpiece with ultrasonic frequency of vibration. In this paper, mathematical model is formed between various process parameters of rotary type ultrasonic machining and surface roughness.
