Abstract |

This research was aimed to identify the current degree of utilization of modular building techniques in the construction sector, and to identify the Stakeholder’s perception of the barrier and benefits of using these techniques and also to investigate the impediments and motivation using these techniques by stakeholder’s responses. A self-administrated survey was developed based on the factors as a primary research methodology. Different stakeholder’s randomly selected as a research theme, and various methods were utilized to achieve the research goal. |
