Abstract |

Descriptive research design was used for this study. Convenience sampling technique is adopted and the sample size is100. Data are collected from the employees through questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed and the findings are interpreted. To test the collected data the statistical tools like simple percentage, Likert’s scale and Chi-square tests are used. Based on the analysis of the collected data findings were given and based on the findings, the suggestions were evolved and it is concluded. |
