A Study on Nursing Role Efficiency in Hospital Industry with Special Reference to Coimbatore

Nowadays the service industry shows an incredible growth and it is noticeable that Hospital Industry plays a great role in this area. The main objective of the study is to find out which of the factors are affecting more in Role Efficacy. The research design used in this study is descriptive research design, sampling technique for this is systematic sampling. Data was collected by survey method through structured questionnaire with the sample size 100 after collecting the data, the data may be discussed with the suitable tables and chart and Statistical tools like simple percentage method, weighted average method and chi-square analysis are the tools used for this analysis. The respondents are satisfied towards the job. The concept of role-efficacy is playing a major role in industry since it deals with the performance of the employees in the industry. The term role defines the tasks performed and the efficacy is defined as the outcome or effects. Thus it clearly shows us that the roles played by any employee should have potential effects.
