This review paper focuses on the definition and measurement of organizational culture and sheds light on the important studies on the topic. The paper strives to ascertain the importance of organization culture and its relationship with organization performance, organizational effectiveness, leadership and job satisfaction. This literature reviews provides support from the various studies that has conducted by the researcher by designing a questionnaire and uses statistical data for providing suggestions to the organization in which the study has been conducted. |
