Now a days PC meter box cover is used in a every house, shops, industries etc. Because of this meter box cover manufacturing industries facing greater competition in the market. PC meter box cover is manufactured by injection moulding process. Various defects found during manufacturing of PC meter box cover. Different defects are silver mark, short, flash, brittleness, voids and discolouration. These defects leads to quality problems. The main objective of this study to find major problems and also find out remedies by which these defects can be reduced. |
