Abstract

CZTS Nano-particles carry much significance due to high availability of its constituent elements, with advantage of non-toxic, more eco-friendly nature and also, its band gap closely related to the grain size of material. Hence, its semiconducting property can be changed according to varied applications. In the present article, we have discussed different methods of synthesis of CZTS nanoparticles and its application for solar cell.
