In a digital image watermarking system, information carrying watermark is embedded in an object, the object may be an image or audio or video. Image object have been used in this paper. In general, watermark can be embedded in spatial domain or transform domain technique of an image. Watermarking is closely related to steganography, but in watermarking the hidden information is usually related to the cover object. Hence it is mainly used for copyright protection and owner authentication. |
