Abstract

The FPGA (Field programmable gate array) provide flexibility with the system. Where sensors are more flexible using the FPGA and the communication of data and control statements are using zigbee Standard Protocols. Smart sensor trend towards increased quality and reliabiltiy from production processes with minimal operator supervision depends very much upon the development and application of reliable and accurate sensors. Various sensors are being used for measuring the temperature, humidity gas etc. These sensor values must be in real time and accurate in order to avoid faults. In the proposed system reconfigurable sensors are interfaced with the FPGA(field programmable gate array). The sensors output normally in the form of analog.so here ADC using for convert the analog value to Digital value. Then the measured values are compared with the threshold value.so easily the admin will be informed to take corrective measure .The communication protocol is zigbee used, it has high speed and accurate.
