Braille a textile document that is most common means that of reading for blind people. There's a big got to preserve recent Braille documents and literatures. Hard-copy Braille is heavy, bulky, that takes appreciable house to store and maintain. The materials that are on the market solely in hard copy bear a threat of losing them. The Automation of Braille reading and digitisation method will facilitate in conserving, distributing Braille over network and reproducing text solely on demands. The need for digitizing Braille has lead several researchers in improvising and implementation of optical Braille recognition systems. The paper reviews the work done to translate text to Braille and wise versa. The paper reviews various techniques that are available for Braille conversion to text. |
