The main objectives of the proposed system are to reduce the human work, reduce the maintenance time, and to make the system more user friendly, efficient, more accurate and fast processing. This paper mainly focuses on the satisfaction of the user who are the job seekers, whose complete details are gathered during their registration phase. Once they are registered they are notified with the new job vacancy. The job notification has the profile of the company along with the details such as number of vacancy, preferred candidates, required experience and salary specification. These help the jobseekers to look for a relevant job. The second phase includes the hardware and software selling. The registered buyers can login to view the hardware available in the site to buy and can place the order. The software products can make a sale through this site. The registered buyers can also send request to the administrator of the site to add new products to the site which are currently unavailable. The suggestions sent by the buyers are viewed by the administrator and necessary response is made by the administrator. These process were made with the help of PHP coding and MYSQL data base.
