As in the current and future of the world new updates are created day to day in every field. It is well known that we depend on the non-renewable resources such as natural gas, fossil fuels, oils which will certainly get exhausted now days. So keeping these things into consideration we a thought of generating power using non-conventional source which is in large quantities available naturally and has zero risk for extinction. Among the various methods for generation of electric power. Wind Energy being renewable resource of energy has got much attention for power generation. Taking into consideration the geographical aspects of our region, the vertical axis wind turbine will be efficient for power generation. The basic reason for using VAWT is that, it does not consider the wind direction and operates at low wind speed. |
