Abstract |
|
In present review work has been carries out to analyze the performance and emission characteristics of a single cylinder, CI engine fuelled with 100% diesel and Diesel-Biodiesel Blends at an various Load applied at an engine. Experiments will performed for five engine loads i.e. 1, 5 and 9 kg using baseline diesel and karanja biodiesel-diesel blends i.e. K30 and K40 with constant speed of diesel engine. The performance parameters evaluated were Break Power, Break thermal efficiency, break specific energy consumption (BSFC) and the emission parameters measured were Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX), Hydrocarbon(HC), Carbon dioxide(CO2), Carbon monoxide(CO). |
