Improvement of job opportunities for rural India will leads to economical growth of democratic India. India Government understand the importance of rural development and takes some decisions and implementing them with different schemes. Women empowerment and gender inequalities in rural area are the biggest challenges for Government of India. Many schemes was introduced by Government of India related to women empowerment by increasing women employment and financial growth and reducing simultaneously gender inequalities and harassment at workplace. |
