This paper represents that the importance of LI-FI Technology in today’s modern life as well as the audio transmission and to monitor and control the house/office appliances and other equipments. Today WI-FI technology is replaced by LI-FI technology in many applications because of the high data transmission rate of LI-FI than Wi-Fi and due to low cost of LI-FI as compared to Wi-Fi technology. It is a visible light communication that uses LED‘S for audio and data transfer.LI-FI is a term of one used to describe visible light communication technology applied to high speed wireless communication. It acquired this name due to the similarity to WI-FI, only using light instead of radio. Li-Fi is ideal for high density wireless data coverage in confined area and for relieving radio interference issues, so the two technologies can be considered complimentary. This project is aim to demonstrating the use of Li-Fi in audio communication and in Home or Office Automation for controlling the devices. |
