this Paper is present an Automation of Milk Product Industry using programmable logic controller. The idea is to auto switching, placing the material throughout the process using the PLC operated Conveyors, Counting and packaging of the final product. Sealing of packaging and the important one is reducing the wastage the water in washing and cooling processes using the PLC. The purpose of the study is to achieve the safety of workers. Cost saving and to replace the manual system being used in the industry. The Mistubishi FX series, L&T, allanBradly, flexisoft or Siemens programmable controller is used to mechanize the system. Various types of sensors such as proximity and load sensors are used to provide the input to the system. The motors, pneumatics and also solenoids serve as the output. The use of ladder diagram as a software that will control then the whole system between its input and output components. The experimental prototype is to produce a fully automate system. |
