Sense of vision is the most important aspect of human life. But there are some unfortunate people who lack the ability of visualizing thing. These human face many challenges in their daily life. And these problems get worse when to walk on road, roam in congested areas like – house, public. This stick is an innovative stick designed for visually disabled & stone deaf people for improved navigation. This paper presents a theoretical system concept to provide a modish assist for blind and deaf-blind people. This equipment is design to provide features like – Artificial vision and object detection. The aim of the design is to provide a low cost and efficient navigation aid for a visually impaired & stone deaf person who gets a sense of artificial vision by providing information about the environmental scenario of static and dynamic objects around them. Ultrasonic sensors are used to calculate distance of the obstacles around the blind person to guide the user towards the available path. Output is in the form of sequence of beep sound and vibrations which the blind & deaf-blind person can hear and sense.
