in urbanized areas, the alignment issues are more important and critical to solve such issues and to make smooth passage of traffic flow on the bridge. The Construction of skewed and curved I Girder is becoming more engineering perspective. Behavior of the bridge Different from the straight bridges as several parameters suck like skew angle Different radius of curvature and cross section of the I Girder etc., are included in the analysis of bridge. The present paper deals with the analysis the behavior of the curved and skewed I girder bridges. Consideration of the IRC class a loading and IRC 70 R loading and dead load is primary forces. The analytical behavior of the bridges has been considering the bridges with two span 40m radius of curvature and varying parameter skewed angle 30Ëš and 60Ëš.the results of the study indicate the skew angle and radius of curvature have effect on Moment about horizontal axis, torsional moment and shear forced. |
