Abstract

This has a look at empirically examines the connection between Good Salary, Job Satisfaction, Team Spirit, Promotions/ Expectation, Management Styles, Recognition, Satisfying Goals, Possibilities of Layoffs, Working Hours, Good Working Conditions, Job Security and so on., by using the scholars of the branch Mechanical Engineering of Maharaja Engineering College, Avinashi, Tamilnadu by the usage of self-designed questionnaires containing 20 attributes.
