Abstract |
|
A field experiment was conducted during the winter season of 2016-17 at research farm of Soil Science, SHUATS, Allahabad. The trials were designed in split plot arrangement based on Randomized Block Design with three replicates and nine treatments. The treatment consisted of three different factors namely Nitrogen (0,40,80 kg),Phosphorous (0,20,40 kg), Potassium (0,20,40 kg),Sulphur (0,10,20 kg),Zinc (0,5,10 kg) and Farmyard Manure (0, 5, 10 t ha-I). The highest plant height, number of branches, test weight, seed yield, dry weight, fresh weight was recorded with higher doses of these factor i.e, (@100% N:P:K:S:Zn +@ 10 t ha-I FYM). There were increase in pH, EC, organic carbon, available nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, sulphur and zinc in conjunction with each other in soil. |
