This study empirically examines the connection among process safety, same treatment of employees, true earnings, process pleasure, accurate operating circumstance, and praise for success through the scholars of the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering of Maharaja Engineering College, Avinashi, Tamilnadu by way of the use of self-designed questionnaires containing 20 attributes. The sample size changed into 294 so 294 questionnaires had been distributed and only 40 were decided on Evaluation was executed using Microsoft excel and the result concludes that there may be a considerable high-quality dating among students’ motivation and their profession boom activity security, same treatment of employees, and gratifying goals had been decided on through the above Engineering college students.
