Abstract |

Data mining is a system of searching huge amounts of data for patterns. It is a comparatively new perception which is straightly related to computer science. Technically, data mining is the process of discovery associations among dozens of fields in big relational databases. Feature selection has been normally viewed as a problem of searching for an optimal subset of features guided by some evaluation measures. The identification and validation of molecular biomarkers for cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic aims is an important problem in cancer genomics. This paper evaluates a comparison of weighting method for boosting the algorithm for finding stable gene selection. |
