Abstract

In this paper we have proposed a model to control the robot through human gestures using accelerometer, switches and flex sensor. The accelerometer and switches are mounted on the human hand to control the actions of arm and movements of the vehicle from one place to another respectively. ARDUINO UNO R3 accepts data from the accelerometer, flex sensor and switches and transmits them to the receiving unit through RF module. DC motors are used to move the arm and to drive the vehicle wheels. The main objective is to smoothly move and control the robot using gestures wirelessly over a range.
