At present, due to the rapidly growth of digital and multimedia applications, more data are transmitted through the networks, which may have important information that should not be accessed by the general users. Therefore, issue of protecting the important information has become an important issue for communication and storage of images. In recent years, various encryption techniques are developed and applied to protect the confidential images from unauthorized users. In this paper, we propose color image encryption technique for securing the color image. Color image encryption algorithm is proposed based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and pseudorandom key in this paper. |
