Abstract |

One of the greatest difficult work that any manager can take on is the organization of project which involves various activities during the development of project. In the present study an attempt is made to develop an effective planning and schedule of G+2 residential building project by which project management will become very easy. Time needed for accomplishment of each task is assigned through software (MSP 2010). Necessary resources to execute these activities is assigned for every activity. Cost required for completing all activities and stages of construction in project is also analyzed and weekly cash flow has been generated. |
