Abstract |
This study empirically examines the relationship between Job security, Equal treatment of employees, Good salary, Job satisfaction, Good working condition, and reward for achievement by the students of the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering, of Maharaja Engineering College, Avinashi, Tamilnadu by using self-designed questionnaires containing 20 attributes. The sample size was 90 so 90 questionnaires were distributed and only 40 were selected. Analysis was done using Microsoft excel and the result concludes that there is a significant positive relationship between students’ motivation and their career growth. Good working conditions, Equal treatment of employees, and Opportunity for honest feedback were selected by the above Engineering students. Hence it may be concluded that the motivation is the very important factor in estimating the behavior of the individual. |
