In This Intelligent tracking system, GPS tracking is used for complaint tracking and successfully reporting to the customer via a complete delivery model status report. This system is built by combining the advantages of tracking methodology and proximity analysis. The live tracking helps in detecting the exact location and time of the person and also tells whether any kind of work has been given to the concerned person or not. The total data is monitored live from an application which will send the reports to the clients. The service provider will be selected automatically by the system based on its qualification and the depth of the complaint. This smart algorithm combines data sets and stores data accordingly and it can be used for further reference. |
