In the recent past, e-governance for co-operative housing in Maharashtra has successfully penetrated deeper and wider across various states. This paper talks about digital platform for co-operative housing societies. There is a noticeable progress in the delivery of e-governance services in developed and developing countries at the international level. In order to curb the old practices of maintaining the records of bills, funds, other services, meeting details etc. digitalization of the housing societies is very important. |
