Abstract |

On overview of the characteristics of professional learning communities (PLCs), found that the impact of PLCs on teaching practices and student learning is positive. A small number of empirical studies explore the impact on teaching practice and student learning.so the working on teaching and learning practice is in effect. So we are going to introduce a new community that provides the online learning, teaching and achievements on empirical studies. The collective results of these studies the community will suggest that teaching practice and student achievements. Implications of this project and suggestions for next steps in the efforts to document the impact of PLCs on teaching and learning are included. |
