The aim of this project is to develop a novel algorithm for automatic digitization and Heart rate of ECG. The major objective of this study is to design an algorithm to create digital excel file and to calculate the Heart Rate automatically. The comparison between the calculated Heart Rate and Reference Heart Rate has taken into consideration. The Difference between the two has been obtained and then the Threshold value has been optimized automatically. The accuracy has been improved with the further improvement of these obtained Threshold values for almost all the samples under testing within a certain specified limit range. |
