Quality assurance (QA) is a way of precluding blunders or blemishes in manmade products and escaping problems when delivering results or facilities to customers [1]. It depends upon the customer belief and satisfaction and it’s easy to sustain & upgrade over time. Bug tracking is a procedure used by quality assurance workers and systems analyst to preserve path of software difficulties and purposes. A bug tracking system is usually in residence to collection data about reported bugs [4]. One of the major requirements for a bug tracking tool would be attributing the comments (or updates) on the bug and preserving those comments and updates for everyone using the tool to see [2]. There are free and open source bug tracking tools that work as well as most profitable bug tracking tools and can be used with minimum effort. |
