The Pearson Correlation Coefficient was computed to correlate two or more continuous variables and be informed on their significant relationship. Findings from the study showed that majority (58.8%) of nurses were dissatisfied with their job and factors such as relation with co-workers, recognition and rewards of nurses and physical working conditions were strongly associated with job dissatisfaction of nurses.
