Abstract |
In this paper study presents the design, analysis and fabrication of “MULTIPURPOSE MECHANICAL MACHINEâ€. This mechanical machine is designed to perform multi operations specially drilling, cutting and grinding. The machine is designed to perform all the operations at same time with desired speed. The mechanism is fully automatic driven by 0.5hp electric motor. This machine is based on the mechanism of Scotch yoke mechanism and belt drive. This model of the multi operational machine may be used in industries and domestic operation which can perform mechanical operation like drilling, cutting & grinding of a thin metallic as well as wooden model or body. In this study literature review and problem identification is performed. In this part of research we show the CAD model, Design calculation, FE model and results of the multipurpose machine. Also define the construction and working of the machine. |
