Identification of the plant diseases is the key to preventing the losses in the yield and quantity of the agricultural product. It is very difficult to monitor the plant diseases manually. It requires tremendous amount of work, expertise in the plant diseases, and also require the excessive processing time. If proper care is not taken then it causes serious effects on plants and due to which respective product quality, quantity or productivity is affected. So we can provide a better alternative, fast and accurate detection by using image processing techniques which can be more reliable than some other old methods. Through this paper we proposed a methodology for the analysis and detection of plant diseases using digital image processing techniques. |
