E - Police Complaint Register (PCR) System through Android Application

This paper is based on the project "E - PCR System through Android Application". In this era of machines, technology has spread its wings in all aspects of life. Technology is used in business, education, socializing and maintaining human relations, in purchasing, in agriculture, in banking, communication, and almost every part of our lives. This intrusion of technology has aided the work in all these sections, and has proved beneficial by saving our time and effort. PCR system is designed to bridge the gap between the police constables and the common people. We intend to create a system where the user could register a complaint in case of emergency with the help of any Police personnel. This system will help Police officials to easily excess previous records, cases solved or unsolved and also crime rate in different regions. We believe that this system will be the widely used in the future and will also help bridge the gap between the police department and the people and also highly reduces the scopes of false promises.
