Blood-brain barrier activity in terms of lgBB has been modeled using topological descriptors. Discussed the methodology used in the modeling of BB-transport. For this purpose the topological indices were chosen and the subjected to regression analysis. QSAR methodology has also been discussed including Hansch approach and some extra-thermodynamic approached. |
