PASS (Plug & Switch System) encloses all functions of complete switchgear bay in a single module. The hybrid design makes use of traditional air- insulated bus bars to connect with other equipment in the substation while enclosing the following bay functions in a single phase gas insulating housing. Circuit Breaker 2) Combined Disconnector and Earthing Switch 3) Voltage Transformer and Voltage Sensors 4) Current Transformers. PASS modules are completely factory assembled & tested, ready for rapid installation & energization. PASS is available in numerous configurations including single bus bar, double bus bar, double circuit breaker, wind & railway application, pre-assembled H- configured switchgear bay, & various other customized configurations are possible.
