This paper summarizes current work on theoretical and experimental cooperative following of moving targets by a team of UAVs. . Unmanned Aerial Vehicle is becoming changing into progressively standard as a result of it will perform type of functions. These functions include surveillance, survey, monitoring, data collection and release operation. To deal quadcopter weight is the main oblige that is vital and play a principal role in these un manned vehicles .The aim of this work is to design, fabricate and fly a low weight, low cost, lesser size UAV for a surveillance mission.
